MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A
typical way of gaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position is: Equivalent to graduation from high school and two (2) years of experience in marina operations equivalent to the Marina Assistant Trainee level. Possession of a Coast Guard Auxiliary or Power Squadron certificate and a lifesaving certificate and small boat handling experience are desirable.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid California driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record. Must be willing to work evening, night and weekend shifts. Must be willing to work out of doors in all weather conditions. Must possess sufficient strength and stamina to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Upon completion of probationary period, must obtain a valid certificate in cardio pulmonary resuscitation.
