Your goal is to keep residents engaged and active through physical, mental, and social programs. Primary Responsibilities Plan and lead daily group activities and special events. Provide 1-on-1 support to encourage resident participation. Ensure all programs follow state and federal regulations. Support a positive and uplifting environment for residents and staff.
