The ideal candidate will have:
Computer operating skills. Ability to write and communicate fluently in English is essential to the role. Previous experience in hotels and or physical activities planning/coordination is a plus.
Shift Pattern:

Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Welcome and assist guests: Greet all guests entering the spa/salon and assist with check-in and registration procedures Support guest scheduling: Answer phones and emails, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and relay information to appropriate team members as needed Provide administrative support: Perform office duties such as data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, typing correspondence, and assisting spa managers with general administrative tasks
