The Opportunity Ever Well is searching for a caring and energetic Therapeutic Activities Program Advisor to join our growing team. Under general direction, this role delivers activities for residents, assesses resident needs, and implements rehabilitation programs that may include therapeutic programming, direct skills training, and support services. This role is not administrative. It is hands-on, direct care work with adults experiencing significant mental or emotional challenges. Schedule Options Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 9:00AM-6:00PM What You Will Do Plan and conduct structured activities ensuring all residents participate in accordance with their interests and abilities Provide personal assistance, emotional support, and direct care to residents Assess resident needs and implement rehabilitation programs including therapeutic programming and direct skills training Identify and report changes in resident circumstances, behaviors, and events Implement standards of care and support staff in working effectively and efficiently with residents Participate in program development and organizational planning to ensure care remains responsive to emerging resident needs Complete required documentation in a proficient and timely manner May provide direction to Direct Care Staff as a lead staff member when applicable Requirements Experience & Education High school diploma or GED required; formal education in recreation and activity planning preferred Minimum one year of experience providing planned group activities Minimum three years of full-time direct care experience with individuals with mental illness Demonstrated experience at a facility licensed by the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing program Valid California driver's license, current automobile insurance, and clean driving record Certificates & Licenses Valid California driver's license and DMV pull program enrollment Employment physical and TB clearance required Must obtain and maintain required background clearances per Title 22 What We Offer Eligible full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits, including: Pay Range $19.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Generous paid leave (vacation, sick time, and holidays) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional Development Assistance Tuition Reimbursement Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Submit your most current resume through the application link provided.
