We host unforgettable birthday parties, open play sessions, and seasonal camps. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and reliable Part-time Supervisor to help lead our team, oversee operations, and ensure every family has an exceptional experience! Shift Coverage:

Required to provide backup weekend coverage for team call-outs. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Support Provide leadership and guidance to party hosts, front desk, and shift lead. Act as a point of contact for team members regarding questions, shift coordination, and attendance. Step in to support floor operations and assist with shift coverage. Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment. 2. Hiring, Training & Staff Development Assist with reviewing applicant resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews. Onboard and train new hires on customer service, safety standards, and daily workflows. Conduct refresher training and provide constructive coaching to help team members grow. Ensure staff certifications and mandatory training compliance remain up to date. 3. Facility Operations & Safety Ensure the facility, party rooms, and play structures remain clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Conduct routine safety and equipment checks to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. Monitor retail and party supplies, helping coordinate supply restocking when inventory is low. Assist with basic register till management and daily cash reconciliation. Help troubleshoot basic facility/equipment needs and coordinate with owners/contractors for repairs. 4. Guest Experience & Event Oversight Model and uphold outstanding customer service across all touchpoints. Greet families and maintain a welcoming, helpful presence during peak party times and events. Address and de-escalate customer feedback or special requests promptly and professionally. Support the coordination and smooth execution of birthday parties, camps, and special community events. Additional miscellaneous tasks as needed. 5. Assist with Camp Coordination Help purchase supplies for seasonal camps (summer and winter camps, etc.) Assist with creating a schedule for summer camp counselors. Send out camp notifications to parents. Organize summer camp setups. Additional seasonal camp tasks as needed.

Qualifications Experience:

1-2+ years of lead, supervisory, or shift management experience in family entertainment, hospitality, retail, recreation, or customer service.

People Skills:

Natural leader with strong communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills who loves working with children.

Reliability:

Punctual, organized, proactive, and dependable with weekend flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to be active on your feet, move around the facility, and lift up to 30-40 lbs as needed.

Certifications:
