Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Head Pickleball Professional to lead our pickleball programs and elevate the experience for players of all skill levels. Responsibilities Lead and organize daily pickleball clinics, lessons, and tournaments for diverse age groups and skill levels Develop innovative training programs that improve player techniques, strategies, and overall game performance Provide personalized coaching sessions, offering constructive feedback and motivation to enhance player growth Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation, sportsmanship, and community involvement Coordinate with facility staff to ensure equipment maintenance, court scheduling, and safety protocols are upheld Conduct demonstrations and introductory sessions for newcomers to introduce them to pickleball fundamentals Maintain detailed records of lessons, player progress, and program participation to track growth and success Requirements Proven experience in sports coaching or instruction, preferably with a focus on pickleball or similar racquet sports Strong communication skills with the ability to teach effectively across different age groups and skill levels Background in sports-specific training instruction such as martial arts (Karate, Judo), swimming, cheerleading, climbing or basketball is advantageous Experience working with children or students in physical education or recreational settings Knowledge of health club operations, gym environments, or sports facility management is a plus Certifications in AED operation (Automated External Defibrillator) and basic first aid are preferred Demonstrated ability in behavior management and creating engaging learning experiences for participants Join us as our Head Pickleball Professional to energize our community through sport!
