We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and creative Opal Memory Care Program Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll help design and deliver engaging daily activities, events, and experiences that honor each resident's unique story. From planning themed parties and outings to crafting personalized activities that bring smiles, you'll make each day brighter - and have fun doing it!

What You'll Do:

Develop and lead purposeful, meaningful activities that celebrate residents' individuality. Collaborate with the team to create a monthly calendar full of opportunities for connection and joy. Organize local trips and community events - from scenic drives to shopping adventures. Build relationships with local organizations to bring resources and entertainment into our community. Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and genuine care to everything you do.

What You'll Bring:

1 year experience working with seniors or in activity programs. Memory care experience preferred. Positive attitude and plenty of energy. A passion for helping seniors live their best lives - every single day.
