What You'll Do:

Lead recreation programs, games, and family activities Facilitate archery, sports, nature programs, climbing wall, mini-golf, roller rink, and more Guide seasonal hikes and snowshoe adventures Assist guests with registration and equipment rentals Help operate tubing hills, ice skating rink, and Nordic Center Support dog sledding programs during winter season Ensure guest safety while creating a fun experience Maintain recreation equipment and program spaces Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest

What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years old Fluent in spoken English Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required Outgoing, energetic, and guest-focused personality Comfortable leading groups of all ages Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude with flexibility in a fast-paced environment Must meet criminal background check standards
