Recreation/Pro Shop Associate PT Weekend & Weekday flexibility Community ACE Boca Raton, FL Job Details Part-time $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Bilingual Computer operation Customer communication Teamwork Computer literacy Retail store experience Organizational skills Full Job Description Hours will include a weekday during business hours and the weekend as determined by Manager. Are you friendly, energetic, and passionate about providing great customer service? Join our team as a front-facing associate in our community pro shop and help create an outstanding experience for members and guests. In this role, you'll assist with court reservations, lesson scheduling, merchandise sales, member inquiries, and daily pro shop operations while serving as a welcoming face of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests Answer phones and respond to inquiries Support court reservations and lesson scheduling Assist with pro shop sales and promotions Communicate member needs with tennis staff Help with events, equipment setup, and general operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Provide front desk coverage as needed
What We're Looking For:
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Why Join Us?
