Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and lead a variety of recreational activities, outings, and music programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities Foster a lively, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages socialization and participation Assess residents' preferences and needs to develop personalized activity plans Collaborate with staff and family members to enhance residents' quality of life Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all activities Track and document residents' participation and progress in activities Stay informed about new activity ideas, trends, and best practices in senior recreation

Skills and Qualifications:
