Every Sunday and Monday (Weekly) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activity Assistant to join our team at St. Andrew in Tampa, FL. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with others and helping to create a vibrant, fun, and supportive environment for our community members. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational and social activities for residents. Support the Activity Coordinator in setting up and cleaning up activity areas. Engage with residents to encourage participation and ensure a positive experience. Monitor and assist residents during activities to ensure safety and enjoyment. Maintain accurate records of activities and attendance as required. Communicate effectively with team members and residents. Qualifications Availability to work every Sunday and Monday on a weekly basis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well with diverse groups of people. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Previous experience in activity assistance or related fields is a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
