THE ROLE

Our Fitness Membership Counselors pride themselves on being self-starters. You are required to sell fitness memberships, personal training memberships, and pilates.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions and referrals. Your day-to-day includes reaching out to new businesses for corporate accounts, obtain leads from existing members, provide club tours and membership provide presentations. You will be responsible for inside and outside marketing as well as social media presence. You will prioritize the Pilates department. You will collaborate with our Pilates Coordinator, making sure the instructors are set up for success. Your previous experiences and background enable you to identify the needs of our members and guests, ensuring they are provided hospitality and care when learning their goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Sales and Marketing -- Ideally in the Fitness Industry Work schedule of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun) Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with

LA Fitness SKILLS:

Lead generation Pushing new sales Strong retention program Inside & outside marketing strategy Ability to pitch corporate wellness programs Strong background in: Social Media - Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.
