Job Description Summary:

Wellness Assistant will serve and greet members at Front Desk to provide exceptional customer service to all members and guest using or visiting the facility. Assist members by answering wellness programming questions and providing assistance as needed. Sign-up and renew memberships and conduct facility tours when needed. Assist members in the fitness and gym areas of the facility, provide assistance with equipment and conducting fitness assessments and equipment orientation to members. Wellness Assistant should be able to facilitate Wellness Education Classes, Group Fitness Classes for adults and children. Wellness Assistant will explain, promote and sell wellness products.
