Activity Assistant - Long-Term Care Opportunity Staunton Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Assistant to join our dedicated care team! As an Activity Assistant, you will support the Activity Director in planning, organizing, and implementing engaging recreational programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, motivated, and passionate about working with seniors in a long-term care setting. What You'll Do Provide fun, engaging activities that promote entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and socialization Assist with planning, scheduling, and carrying out activities aligned with resident care plans Help prepare and distribute activity calendars, communication materials, and activity documentation Encourage and motivate residents to participate by creating a welcoming and enthusiastic environment Build positive relationships with residents and their families Support the Activity Director with additional duties as assigned Why Work at Staunton Health and Rehab?
