Job Description

Agawam South RehabNursing is seeking a caring and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older adults and creating engaging, meaningful experiences for residents. What You'll Do Assist with planning and facilitating resident activities and programs Encourage residents to participate in activities based on their interests and abilities Provide hands-on support during group and individual activities Prepare activity areas and materials before programs Clean up and organize after activities Document resident participation and engagement Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and other members of the care team What We're Looking For Previous experience working with seniors, patients, or in a healthcare setting preferred Friendly, enthusiastic, and compassionate personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and organized Ability to engage residents and create a positive environment PayBenefits $17.50 - $18.50 per hour Full-time benefits include: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision coverage 401(k) Paid time off Join a team where your energy and compassion can make a difference in the lives of our residents.
