Provide meaningful one-on-one activities tailored to individual residents. Offer input and support in planning creative, engaging activity schedules. Escort and assist residents to and from activity programs. Promote a positive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors. Qualifications Previous experience in activities or recreation preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
