Job description:

As a Life Enrichment Partner at Samaritan Bethany, you will: Assists with planning, organizing, and implementation of programs to meet a variety of mental, psychosocial, physical, and spiritual needs and interests of residents with a variety of abilities and limitations- including group programs, 1:1 visits Explores interests, preferences, and attempts to involve residents Meets with new residents in a timely manner Completes resident assessments to identify interests, preferences, abilities, and needs to support meaningful, person-centered engagement Facilitate programs and foster a positive, supportive, and stimulating environment for residents. Prepare activity areas and materials, assist residents to/from activities

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience working with geriatrics Genuine empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to connect positively with residents, families, and staff.
