Rate of pay:
$21.93 per hour Your Role & Impact You will shape the future of our students right here in the Center's dorms. By bringing your innovative ideas and warm approach, you will help create a safe, nurturing space where diverse populations can flourish.
Core Responsibilities Mentor Students :
Offer intentional, one-on-one coaching and personal development guidance.
Lead Workshops :
Facilitate engaging group training sessions focused on crucial life skills.
Build Community :
Plan and execute exciting activities and events for residents.
Track Progress :
Monitor student growth and connect them with necessary resources.
Ensure Safety :
Partner with a dedicated team to maintain an inclusive, secure environment.
Stay Organized :
Keep accurate records of student participation and program milestones. What You Bring to the
Team Baseline Requirements :
High School Diploma/GED, minimum age of 21, and a valid driver's license.
Background Check :
Ability to successfully pass a standard background screening.
Interpersonal Skills :
Exceptional communication skills and the natural ability to build rapport.
Desirable Experience :
Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or related human services fields.
Core Strengths :
Strong critical thinking under pressure, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Bonus Points :
