As an Adventure Activities Associate, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and positive experience for children and families using our adventure activities, including the rock wall. You will interact directly with guests, explain safety procedures, monitor activity areas, and help ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

Monitor guests using the rock wall and other adventure activities to ensure safety rules and park guidelines are followed. Explain safety procedures and activity guidelines clearly and confidently to children, parents, and guests. Closely supervise children and guests while they participate in activities. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming activity area throughout each shift. Interact with children and families in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Encourage guests and help children feel comfortable and confident while participating in activities. Communicate effectively with parents, children, and fellow team members. Recognize potential safety concerns and address them promptly and appropriately. Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or other safety concerns to management immediately. Assist with maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout the park. Follow all Adventure Park safety procedures, policies, and operating guidelines. Work as part of a team to ensure guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

Comfortable giving instructions and enforcing safety rules in a friendly and professional manner. Able to remain alert and focused in a busy, active environment. Comfortable standing, walking, and being active for extended periods. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work well as part of a team. Weekend availability is required; holiday availability is a plus. Previous experience in childcare, recreation, camps, gyms, hospitality, customer service, or working with children is a plus, but not required.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
