Schedule:
Full-Time| Monday - Friday with every other weekend, 9am-5:30pm

What You'll Do:
Plan and support engaging resident activities, events, and enrichment programs Encourage participation and help create a fun, welcoming community environment Lead group activities and assist with special events and outings Transport residents to activities, appointments, and community events as needed Maintain activity calendars, attendance records, and required documentation Coordinate with volunteers, community partners, and team members to enhance programming Build positive relationships with residents while supporting their engagement, well-being, and quality of life
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED (required) Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (preferred) At least one year of work experience required, preferably in similar healthcare setting Strong communication and time management skills Benefits Available to
