Schedules meetings for the Bureau (virtual and in person), including agenda preparation and taking meeting minutes. Assists in event coordination for the Bureau and its four Sections. Serves as primary tracker of the Bureau's budget. o Run SFS reports o Reconcile Pcard transactions o Track all Bureau spending. Coordinates travel for Bureau staff including processing of travel expense in SFS. Supports Bureau purchasing and procurement including creating purchase orders and processing Bureau supply orders. Assists with service contracts. Coordinates Bureau's social media content and news with Public Affairs. Responsible for the Bureau's Docusign account, including the review and submission of material in the system and general account maintenance. Manage Passage Point system for the Bureau, entering and modifying visitor records as needed. Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum qualifications per Civil Service. Additional Comments

Long-term, temporary and seasonal position depending on funding and operational needs.
DESIRED COMPETENCIES
Relevant experience in an office setting preferably in an administrative role. Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently. Experience in editing professional documents. Proficient computer skills, including with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Strong attention to detail. Strong team-based awareness, through communication and team-based interpersonal skills. Proclivity towards maintaining a daily goal-oriented task list.
