Responsibilities:

Promote engaging programs and events that enhance physical, mental, and social well-being Lead various recreational and social activities for individuals or groups Interact with participants, assess their needs and interests, and tailor activities to meet those preferences Execute programs, activities, events, and entertainment to enhance the lives of our residents Promote initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions Prepare materials and set up spaces for activities, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available

Requirements:

A positive attitude and a big heart Creative spirit and a love for fun Great communication skills and a team player vibe Dependability and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Experience in senior living is a plus, but we'll train the right person!
