What do I need as an Activities Coordinator with McGregor? High school diploma or GED. Minimum of (1) year experience with activities planning/assisting. Knowledge of Minimum Data Set (MDS). MEPAP I or II. Energetic individual who engages the residents' participation through art, music, and games. Flexible schedule. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher. What will I do as an Activities Coordinator with McGregor? Implement a diverse activity program in compliance with requirements that meet the residents needs according to specific care plans under the direction of the Activity Director. Plan, initiate, and implement all assigned activities in addition to programs. Complete timely and accurately residents' assessments, activities Minium Data Set (MDS). Provide accurate monthly calendar and flyers to inform residents of scheduled programs and activities.
