Currently seeking an Activities Assistant for our long term care facility in Marysville, Ohio. Candidates must be willing to coordinate activities for our residents as well as their families and the community. Applicants must also have STNA Certification. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) to enhance their quality of life. Plan and facilitate engaging recreational activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a supportive environment. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans that address the needs of seniors, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's.
