Automotive LaborMax Staffing is hiring Rail Loaders and Shuttle Drivers for an automotive facility in Marysville, OH. These positions involve moving new vehicles throughout the facility and/or loading vehicles onto railcars for shipment.Current Openings:
- 1st Shift Rail Loader
- $18.00/hr
- 1st Shift Shuttle Driver
- $18.00/hr
- 1st Shift Shuttle Driver
- $16.00/hr
- 2nd Shift Shuttle Driver

Job Duties:
- Drive new vehicles between designated staging and loading areas
- Load and position vehicles for transportation as assigned
- Enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the shift
- Follow designated driving routes and traffic patterns
- Inspect vehicles for visible damage
- Follow all safety and vehicle-handling procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Comfortable driving various makes and models of vehicles
- Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors depending on assignment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must meet all client and safety requirements
