As an Activities Assistant , you will be responsible for implementing meaningful activity and recreational programs for the community.

Requirements:

• A certified activities professional; or has two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years, one year of which was full‑time in a long-term care setting providing programs for seniors with Alzheimer's and other related Dementia
• Certified Dementia Practitioner or Eligible for Certification
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or eligibility to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Valid driver's license for the state in Virginia
• Must have a safe/good driving record and be able to provide copy of the MVR. Must have or be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License, if required Why Should You Apply?
