Full-Time Activities Assistant Join our Team at Park Lane Post Acute in West Chester, PA! As an Activities Assistant at Park Lane Post Acute, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Our skilled facilities offer a range of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation services, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.
Job Summary:
As an Activities Assistant, you will facilitate group activities, encourage resident participation, and maintain activity supplies and records. You will also assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents, and help with outings and special events.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate group activities and encourage resident involvement and chart attendance Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized Assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents to and from activities Assist with outings and special events, and other assigned duties SNF experience preferred Familiarity with Point Click Care preferred
