Duties Assist with a variety of recreational events and activities, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish Facilitate guest engagement by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly Requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively and communicate clearly with guests and stakeholders Prior experience working in event venue settings or resort environments is highly desirable Proven experience in events management, hospitality management, or resort operations with a focus on recreation or facilities management Knowledge of CPR certification, AED operation, and first aid procedures desired Join us to create vibrant recreational experiences that inspire community connection!
