Must be able to attend orientation Monday through Thursday 10a to 6:30p. PRN's must work a minimum of 32 hours each month to maintain employment status.
Job Details:
Ensures the safety of all residents under care by learning and implementing all policies and procedures approved by Generations. Provides active, therapeutic supervision of residents during treatment and educational activities. Assists in the coordination of therapeutic activities, and oversees the completion of resident activities including, but not limited to, hygiene, chores, journaling, homework, or other clinical assignments. Provides documentation on the daily tracking sheet of resident behavior, and interventions provided and their effectiveness on a daily basis. Maintains an awareness of the whereabouts of all residents under care by providing constant supervision, and head counts throughout the shift. Documents daily shift reports, attends staff meetings and all other required meetings as assigned. Participates in staff growth and development training activities and maintains a minimum number of training hours. Monitors resident behavior and provides behavioral interventions as needed. Maintains a safe therapeutic environment using TCI and C.A.R.E. techniques.
