Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited ! Job Summary The Marina Dock Attendant is responsible for operating the club's marina and docking facilities. This role handles various dock duties, including assisting with fueling, helping members and guests with docking, maintaining accurate records of boat arrivals and departures, and delivering outstanding customer service. The Attendant supports dock activities, ensures adherence to safety regulations, and assists the marina team in maintaining the docks and surrounding areas. Reporting Structure Reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Day to Day Greet members and guests upon arrival with a warm welcome, assist with docking, and provide information about the club's marina services and amenities. Assist with fueling, docking, and maintaining the marina. Maintain accurate records of boat slips, reservations, and transient dockage. Monitor and document boat arrivals, departures, and slip occupancy. Assist with coordinating fuel dock services and pump-out operations. Ensure that the dock area is clean, organized, and free of hazards. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the dockmaster or marina manager. Assist in the enforcement of club rules and regulations pertaining to marina usage. Ensure all safety measures are in place, including life jackets, emergency equipment, and other safety protocols for dock and water activities. Ensure the marina complies with environmental regulations, including waste disposal and fuel handling procedures. Additional Duties Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff. Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same. Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role. Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations. Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team's success. About You Required High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Previous experience in a marina or boating environment. Boating and vessel operation experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of boating and marina operations is an asset.
