Job Description

As a Blakeford Wellness Assistant, you will: Maintain the Wellness Center, equipment, and pool environments in accordance with company and industry standards, including daily cleaning and routine maintenance. Assess residents' fitness levels and individual needs to develop personalized exercise programs, monitor progress, and promote safe participation while maintaining confidentiality and resident dignity. Develop and lead engaging group fitness and wellness classes across campus and service lines, adapting instruction and activities to accommodate varying abilities and needs. Coordinate wellness resources and collaborate with residents, team members, and community partners to promote physical health and Blakeford's WellLife principles. Promote safe exercise practices throughout the campus, ensuring classes and activities follow appropriate safety protocols and provide clear, accessible instruction and modifications. Respond to resident suggestions, requests, and concerns, escalating issues as appropriate, supporting fellow class leaders, and performing other duties as assigned. Why You'll Love Being a
