Role:

As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a variety of activities designed to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being among our residents. This may include, but is not limited to: Developing and implementing activities programs, including games, arts and crafts, and entertainment Assisting with event planning and execution, such as weddings, birthday parties, and holiday celebrations Collaborating with our therapy team to develop individualized activity plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Providing one-on-one support and companionship to residents as needed Maintaining accurate records of resident activity participation and progress

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement a variety of activities, including but not limited to: Arts and crafts Games and tournaments Music and entertainment Outings and excursions Assist with event planning and execution, including setup and cleanup Provide one-on-one support and companionship to residents as needed Maintain accurate records of resident activity participation and progress Collaborate with the therapy team to develop individualized activity plans Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all residents and staff
