What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate Team Members and Shift Leaders Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training Lead busy shifts while keeping games, parties, and events running smoothly Provide outstanding customer service and handle guest concerns Book birthday parties, group events, and future reservations Help drive sales and recommend the best experiences for guests Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries Troubleshoot laser tag equipment and assist with venue maintenance Manage inventory and help keep the facility clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with sales, technology, and problem solving Available afternoons, nights, and weekends
