Pay:

17.70-19.90 based on experience. We are seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and lead meaningful, person-centered activities for residents in our Memory Care neighborhood .

What You'll Do:

Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of residents. Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families. Adapt programs to meet varying ability levels and interests. Facilitate group and one-on-one programs, including music, art, movement, and sensory-based activities. Assist with outings and special events, ensuring safety and inclusion. Collaborate with the Resident Care Manager and other departments to align programming with resident needs. Maintain accurate attendance, participation, and progress documentation.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework preferred. Must be 18 years old to work in this licensed neighborhood Experience in social or recreational programming in a healthcare or senior living setting. Patience, empathy, and creativity when engaging with residents living with dementia. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move throughout the community, and transport residents to events.
