Salary :

$21.13/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Recreation Director Summary :

This position will assist in the planning, developing, organizing, coordinating and implementing various youth sports leagues at recreation facilities. This position also assists with special events and the summer program. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Recreation Therapy, Sports Marketing, Finance, Event Management or closely related field.
