Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their reservation experience is seamless, friendly, and efficient. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help create memorable guest experiences from the moment they inquire until their stay is confirmed. Duties Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and multi-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software Provide detailed information about room availability, rates, amenities, and hotel policies to guests in multiple languages if bilingual or multilingual skills are present Confirm reservations accurately and update guest details promptly to ensure smooth check-in processes Assist with guest inquiries related to hotel services, local attractions, and special requests to enhance their stay experience Collaborate with front desk staff and hotel management to coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special accommodations Follow hotel emergency procedures when necessary to ensure guest safety at all times Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills across multiple channels including multi-line phone systems Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for resort operations Previous experience in hotel experience or resort environments is preferred but not mandatory Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding reservation services!
