Duties:

• Assist inquiring guests in booking their Maui accommodation based on their requests and needs
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner at their accommodation
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries through phone, text, chat and email
• Provide information about property facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to work on BOTH Saturdays AND Sundays and Holidays Flexible schedule (Set days off are not guaranteed and will change on a weekly basis depending on the need for staffing on any given day) Shift is currently 9:30 am
• 6 pm (will change to 10:30 am
• 7 pm in the high season: November
• April with possibility to stay at 10:30 am
• 7 pm depending on the need) $2000 Signing Bonus after 6 months of employment Starting pay: $21.
