Job Description

A Sun Valley Resort Ticket Sales Agent will sell lift tickets in a friendly manner, assist guests with all their lift ticket needs, and provide guests with basic knowledge of the resort and the surrounding area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly, helpful, and respectful manner. Accurately explain, recommend, and sell all available ticket and pass products based on guest needs. Collaborate effectively with team members to provide excellent guest service and support the overall success of the Ticketing department and resort. Sell and process tickets accurately using RTP while maintaining a basic understanding of Customer Manager systems and procedures. Process guest transactions accurately, provide correct change, and balance the department bank at the end of each shift. Additional duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RTP, and related computer systems. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be able to stand for prolonged periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Must safely move objects up to approximately 25 pounds about the workplace. Flexibility to work varying a schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts
