We're seeking a Ticket Agent to join our Duluth Depot Team and deliver excellent overnight customer service as part of the #1 Bus Experience in the region.

Schedule:

M-F:

3:30 pm

• 9:30 pm Every other weekend: 8:20 am
• 12:30 pm / 3:30 pm
• 9:30 pm

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist passengers in a friendly, professional manner. Answer questions regarding schedules, ticketing, routes, and services . Sell tickets and process bus bills/orders for passengers. Assist with luggage and direct customers to appropriate departure areas. Provide support for rural transit systems and other transportation connections. Troubleshoot service issues and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively . Maintain a clean and organized ticketing area during overnight hours.
