Requirements include:
High School Diploma Minimum 40 wpm typing Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy & speed Ability to manage call volume Team player, able to work successfully with others to get the job done Proficiency in all Microsoft applications Advanced agents will possess exceptional sales skills, speed & accuracy and ability to manage large manifests
