Part-time; schedule to be discussed Work arrangement: In-office training required for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of training. About the Position The reservation Agent will assist customers with booking and managing reservations for our sandbar tours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with reservations, bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about tours, schedules, pricing, and policies
- Process reservations and payments accurately
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
- Maintain accurate reservation records
- Work closely with the operations team/Affiliate agents to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as needed Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning reservation software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or reservations experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to complete the required 3 months of in-office training What We Offer
