Job Description
Job Description Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Answer incoming calls, and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests and questions.
- Answer incoming calls within 3 rings using the appropriate greeting and following the reservations script.
- Explain resort products, services, amenities and other information about the resort as requested.
- Sell, process and enter and confirm room reservations using selling techniques and strategies.
- Greet guests warmly and perform registration procedures
- Verify payment for stay including incidental costs by obtaining credit information
- Assist guests with issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Post charges to guest accounts as designated.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and weekends Job Requirements PM Shift 3:00 PM-11:00
PM Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Previous guest service or reservations experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills required Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
