In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face guiding guests through ticket purchasing processes, ensuring smooth entry and a memorable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide expert assistance with ticket purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Provide information about event details, venue amenities, and safety protocols to guests. Support event setup and breakdown, including manual handling of equipment or supplies as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with event venues, outdoor work environments, or hospitality settings is a plus.
