Eugene's Hot Chicken Food Truck 1, located in Hoover, AL, is looking for a dedicated and energetic Food Truck Manager to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience and a drive to deliver exceptional service, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As the Food Truck Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations of our food truck.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the preparation and serving of our signature hot chicken dishes. Managing and motivating a small team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Handling inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring everything is stocked and ready to go. Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations. Managing cash handling and daily sales reporting. Troubleshooting and resolving any operational challenges that may arise. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring the following:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
