Fits someone who already has a year or two in restaurant work and can cover a full-time, flexible schedule. What You Need (Required): 18 years or older High school diploma or GED 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Full-time availability with schedule flexibility (all shifts, all days) U.S. resident Comfortable with basic tech, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; kneel, bend, stoop, climb stairs, reach, and grasp as needed Nice to Have (Preferred): Valid driver status Access to reliable transportation Some college Your Day-to-Day Run the shift as a working manager and keep the line, dining area, and back of house clean and maintained Make sure every order is built to Five Guys specs and guest issues get fixed during the shift Coach and train Team Members on procedures while the shift is live Screen applicants against the job basics and uphold the uniform policy on shift Watch labor, waste, sales, and cost of goods; handle daily cash steps and turn in accurate inventory numbers Flag risk, safety, and guest problems to the General Manager and move with urgency when issues hit Roll out store programs and marketing tools on shift; turn in new-hire and separation paperwork on time Pay & What You Get $15.50 per hour base pay Tips up to $3.50 per hour Performance bonus $2.00 per hour Maximum potential pay $21.00 per hour with education and experience adjustments Full-time hours across all shifts Phone interview to start This Job Is Open to applicants without a college diploma.
