What You'll Do As General Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the restaurant by: Delivering consistently fresh, high-quality food and exceptional hospitality. Hiring, coaching, and developing team members. Leading by example and working alongside your team every day. Creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, urgency, and respect. Driving sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and overall restaurant performance. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence. Developing future leaders and creating opportunities for your team to grow. Building lasting relationships with Guests and becoming an active part of your community. What We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who: Has successful General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant. Sets high standards and refuses to compromise on food quality or the Guest experience. Leads from the front and never asks someone to do a job they're unwilling to do themselves. Creates clear expectations, coaches consistently, and holds people accountable. Operates with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail. Understands the business side of the restaurant, including labor, food cost, and profitability. Is passionate about building great teams and developing future leaders. Why ZoZo's?
