Overview We are hiring Restaurant Managers for multiple Burger King locations in Hot Springs, Malvern, Arkadelphia and Hope Arkansas. This is a working manager position, which means you will lead the team while also helping on the floor in a variety of restaurant positions as needed. Candidates may choose from multiple available restaurant locations and must be able to commute or relocate if they live outside the cities where our restaurants are located. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining strong quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Delegate tasks clearly and effectively to keep each shift running smoothly. Perform quality checks throughout the shift to ensure products and service meet company expectations. Manage waste, monitor food usage, and support cost-control goals. Control labor by helping manage staffing levels, shift productivity, and team performance. Coach, motivate, and support employees to create a positive and dependable work environment. Work hands-on in the restaurant, including assisting on the floor and covering various positions as needed. Engage with customers, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate honestly and fairly with employees, customers, and leadership. Schedule and Availability Candidates must be available to work all days and all shifts, including mornings, midday shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Qualifications At least 3 years of restaurant experience or at least 1 year of management experience. Valid ServSafe Certificate, or the ability to obtain one within the training period. Ability to commute to or relocate near one of the available restaurant locations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Honest, fair, dependable, and committed to building a motivated team. Willingness to work alongside employees in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
