Holiday Inn Chandler is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead full-service hotel operations, drive revenue performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with IHG brand standards. This role requires a hands on leader with strong operational, financial, and food & beverage expertise. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage Ensure consistent execution of Holiday Inn and IHG brand standards with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence Lead revenue management efforts, including pricing strategy, forecasting, inventory control, and demand analysis to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and improving GOP and NOI Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring strong cost controls, service quality, and profitability Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team Monitor and respond to guest feedback to improve Guest Love scores, online reputation, and brand metrics Ensure compliance with safety, labor, brand, and company policies Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership on strategic planning, capital planning, and performance improvement initiatives KPIs RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy GOP and NOI Food & Beverage revenue, cost controls, and profitability Guest Love scores, online reviews, and guest satisfaction metrics Labor productivity and cost management IHG brand audit and quality assurance scores Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of hotel management experience; full-service General Manager experience preferred Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, and financial performance Proven experience overseeing food and beverage operations in a full-service environment Demonstrated success driving KPIs and improving hotel performance Experience working with IHG systems and brand standards preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
