We are seeking an energetic, organized, and service-focused Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house dining team. Position Summary The Dining Room Manager oversees all front-of-house dining operations, supervises servers, hosts and dining room staff, partners with the Executive Chef and Executive Director, and ensures an exceptional dining experience for residents. Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop dining room staff.
• Create employee schedules while managing labor costs and minimizing overtime.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Train staff on service standards and hospitality.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate daily meal service and special events.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Address resident concerns promptly.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications
• Three or more years of restaurant, hospitality, hotel, country club, or senior living dining management experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
