Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth functioning. Recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of customer service and food quality. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial policies. Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment. Coordinate shift management schedules, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training & development opportunities for team members. Drive sales growth through excellent customer service, innovative marketing initiatives, and maintaining a vibrant restaurant atmosphere. Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management including food handling and safety standards. Proven supervisory experience with team management, staff training, interviewing skills, and leadership capabilities. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, cost analysis, and food production processes. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Familiarity with hospitality management practices including shift management, catering operations, bar service, and hotel experience is a plus.
